Completed the acquisition of tn-invest bv
Multiprotexion is glad to announce that it has completed the acquisition of TN-INVEST BV, a Belgian company based in Westerlo that operates in two business lines:
- LOKALISEER: system that allows vehicles and goods to be located in real time, as well as numerous plus from fleet management to theft protection, from recording driving times to maintenance planning and much more.
- SENIOREN ALARMEN: alarm system for elderly people, characterised by a simple and intuitive functioning, which allows to automatically call a list of emergency contacts at the push of a panic button.
With this operation, Multiprotexion wishes to strengthen its presence in the Belgian market, where it has already been a protagonist for several years. A new step in our growth process, which shows the ambition and international spirit of the company.
